Nokia's trade in is a scam, beware!
I recently purchased a new phone directly from Nokia, as they offered a Trade in service, but the whole offer is a scam, and the 3rd party company they use will have you send your phone to wrong places, and not cover the costs of delivery. All in all, the phone isn't bad, it's the second one I bought from them, but it was more expensive than without trade in, as I had to pay for a tracked postage and in the end they didn't honour trade in.
I don't think I will be buying from Nokia again.

New phone - dead phone
Brought a new 6300, arrived today, used for 30 mins, white screen of death appeared. No damage to the phone, really poor quality, have sent for a refund.

Nokia repair goes off with a fault come back with another
I brought a Nokia G10 Christmas 2021 worked fine for six months then when you answered a call they could hear me but I could not hear them.

Contacted their repair department and after going through a few resets etc. it was decided that the phone was faulty so had to be sent back to their service department in Hungary.

That was as good as it got after a few weeks the phone was returned after being 'repaired' so the first thing I had to do was let it do an upgrade, no other choices but let it update, of 2.1Gb after ages the update was downloaded and installed then it restarted and crashed refusing to work at all giving me two options 1. Start Again that just went back to the recovery screen & 2. Factory Data Reset so I had to do a reset which resulted in it going through the same procedure (download update, install update and then refusing to work) so it resulted in a loop that after each time resulted in the recovery screen and a non-working phone. I could not even check if the original fault had been repaired.

So it was back to their service department going through the same resets etc. but this time after they was unable to get the phone working they cut me off this happened THREE times finally on the fourth attempt I got them to agree yet another repair.

Off it went again to Hungary and I have just received it back with the SAME fault they have nothing to it AT ALL. Still stuck in the same loop download, install & crash. Talk about frustrating!!

Now what do I do? Send it back for the third time of throw it in the bin. Will try to take it back to Asda but don't think I will get much help there as they will then want to send it off for 'repair'

DO NOT BUY A NOKIA PHONE they are fine till something goes wrong then just throw it in the bin as it will save you a LOT of frustration.

Thanks for the non warning Tesco
Being on a very tight budget I have to live within my means one of the reasons I'm with Tesco mobile although they share a link with O2 When the contract needed renewing they offered me a good deal on the Nokia G10 Or so I thought Yes fair to say the reception in the area I live is poor to say the least and often I would have to move around the room to get a clear reception but at least the previous model I had didn't cut out when making or receiving calls with the Nokia it's nothing but problems The number of occasions I have to go outside and at times even walk up the road just for a clear reception I have lost count on and there are still times the call cuts out its also just as bad with the internet signal When I'm looking for something it takes an age to load up even when I'm in a area with a strong signal then it doesn't always fully load when it comes to additional comments on debating on news and sport website's it's a struggle to load That's if it ever loads at all Nokia might have lead the way before the days of Android/ I phones but in the present day their lagging way behind So I have to say worse phone ever seems to me Tesco were desperate to clear their Nokia stock

Terrible customer service
Customer service is absolutely terrible!! My phone already broke after less than a month from purchase and they refused to give me a refund or fix it.

Nokia 3.4
Extremely disappointed with Nokia 3.4: very slow, requires daily reload otherwise does not work, in roaming gets connected for 10 minutes and then should be reloaded.
It is not a problem of sim ( checked)

Nokia - not fit for purpose
Nokia used to stand for quality. What it now stands for is expensive garbage that is not fit for purpose and, to make it worse, they treat you with total contempt. There is a well known fault with Nokia phones and they simply ignore you to avoid making warranty repairs. The main fault is the very cheap and tacky USB C connector in the phone. It wears very quickly and becomes loose and useless. You therefore cannot charge your phone or data transfer. Bad show from Nokia and if you want advice...DO NOT BUY NOKIA. You will regret it. Mine is literally, bin fodder!

Used to be an amazing company in…
Used to be an amazing company in 2000's, but now.... nothing close to even decent.. Bought few days a go a phone, nokia. When I tried to take a photo "error", damn.. nowadays Nokia, nowadays?? Returned and got an iPhone 12 mini... Now I can see why Apple is such a big company today... with these competitors...

Wow unbelievable so bad it does not even deserve a rating they want to use email and the like but for non techies and mobile newbies like me who are not technical I simply do not understand the answers(as I do not even think they understand the questions and they certainly do not know the answers) even their customer satisfaction survey is a farce they ask







the question on their "survey" Based on your interaction with Nokia mobile care, how happy are you with our support?

the possible answers on a five point scale are from Not at all likely to extremely likely!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Total hatred towards this pc of garbage
If I could go with a neg. 10 stars. These people must have stock in crazy farms because this pc of trash phone will put you there. I would advice any one I hate to purchase it. I Hate this phone like no other, when I'm finished with this review it will get the hammer, I wouldn't give it away.

My life line is my phone.I have suffered so much.i had my medical issue and tried calling on my new Nokia phone,they could not respond due to to phone cutting off .This is not the 1st time Nokia has nearly took my life.This happens regularly.I had to suffer to take my phone back to Argos Walsall.At the Walsall Argos I was called to the till, payment area.A manager appeared and went back,after some time he came back and I explained my issue.He took my phone and said he will test it.I could see my phone where he left it.He comes back and told me the phone is working we have done tests that say your phone is perfect.After pointing out that my phone was next to to the small box,he continued to insult me,At this point I was approached by upset Argos staff who saw everything and we're disscusted by the way I had been treated.The Argos manager name is ANDRZEJ
